Q1: How do I choose the size?

First, measure your bust, waist, hips and height, and comparing your measurements with our size chart, which you can easily find on each product's page. then select the corresponding size. If you can't locate it or have any queries, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We highly advise that you take careful measurements before making a purchase to guarantee you'll receive a dress that flatters you. Our sizes are very accurate. If there's no suitable size, choose the custom - size option. As long as you measure accurately, we can make a well - fitting gown for you. For dresses with sleeves, whether you go for a standard or custom size, please remember to note down your arm hole circumference, upper arm circumference, and wrist circumference, Arm length in the order Additional Comments. Q2: In the color options, which color is the "Same as Picture"?

If there are multiple colors in product images, the “Same as Picture" is that of the first image. Other colors are for reference. To purchase a different color, simply note in the order which image's color you prefer. If the color you want isn't in the product images, there's a diverse array of colors to choose from in the color option.

Q3: What is the typical delivery time for orders?

Production time is 7 - 25 days depending on the style. Check the “tailoring time” on the product page for exact details. After production, shipping takes another 3 - 15 days, depending on the shipping method. You can see available ship options when entering your delivery address on the checkout page.

Q4: Should I select my own size, go one size up, or go one size down?

We suggest you choose the regular size without going up or down. When we make the gowns, we will strictly follow the size chosen by the customers. If you choose a larger or smaller size, it may result in an ill-fitting garment. If you has a special body shape, we recommend that after placing the order, you send us a full-body photo. This will be more conducive to our production of the perfect gown.

Q5: What is the processing time/ shipping time?

After Customers place an order, it will first be sent to our factory for production/tailoring. This production/tailoring period is what we refer to as the processing time. Once the dress is made, it will go through a strict quality inspection and then be shipped to you, which is the shipping time.

Q6: Can I modify the dress design?

Yes, we provide a custom service for design changes. Contact us for details.

Q7: Can I Get the Exact Same Dress as in the Picture?

We are an online store with our own factory. We ensure the quality of our gowns and offer customers the most favorable prices. For payment, we use third-party protected platforms like PayPal and Credit Card. So, rest assured, our website operates legally and securely.

 Q9: Can I Return a Custom-made Dress?

Please be aware that if the Tailoring Time option is shown on the product page, it indicates a custom-made dress. Making custom items like this involves a ton of labor and top - notch materials, which racks up the costs. Despite these high costs, we offer it to you at a very affordable price. Additionally, dresses are special products that are difficult to clean using conventional methods. To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we do not resell returned dresses. Therefore, we only accept returns if there are quality issues with the dress or if the size received does not match the size you ordered. If you receive the dresses and notice that the size is incorrect, not in line with what you ordered, or there is a quality issue with the dress, simply provide us with photographic proof. We will promptly address the problem to guarantee your satisfaction. Our priority is to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience while safeguarding your interests.
