Q1: Do you have a physical store?

At present, we operate solely online. Although we do have an office in Los Angeles, it's not configured to accommodate routine in-person visits. By foregoing a traditional storefront, we can focus on passing the cost savings directly to you, ensuring our prices are more budget-friendly!

Q2: When is the best time to place my order?

We're dedicated to providing affordable prices while being environmentally conscious. Each dress is carefully made to order. The production time for each is shown on the product details page. After production, we conduct strict quality inspections. Then, it takes 3 - 15 business days for shipping. Given this, we strongly suggest placing your order at least one month before you need it. This way, your dream dress will arrive on time, ensuring you look great for any special occasion.

Q3: What size should I pick?

Our dresses are available in standard sizes ranging from US2 to US26W. The most accurate way to determine your perfect fit is by measuring yourself and comparing your measurements with our size chart, which you can easily find on each product's page. If you can't locate it or have any queries, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We highly advise that you take careful measurements before making a purchase to guarantee you'll receive a dress that flatters you. If the standard sizes aren't quite right for you, we suggest opting for a custom size. An impressive 99% of our customers have reported an excellent fit after choosing custom sizing. For dresses with sleeves, whether you go for a standard or custom size, please remember to note down your arm hole circumference, upper arm circumference, and wrist circumference, Arm length in the order Additional Comments. Q4: Should I select my own size, go one size up, or go one size down?

We suggest you choose the regular size without going up or down. When we make the gowns, we will strictly follow the size chosen by the customers. If you choose a larger or smaller size, it may result in an ill-fitting garment. If you has a special body shape, we recommend that after placing the order, you send us a full-body photo. This will be more conducive to our production of the perfect gown.

Q5: How long do orders typically take to come in?

For in-stock items, we are able to dispatch your order within 24 hours, and it usually takes 3 - 15 days for you to receive the package. For custom-made products, the production time ranges from 7 - 25 days, depending on the specific style. You can refer to the “tailoring time” option on the product page for the exact production duration of each item. After production, it will take an additional 3 - 15 days for shipping, which is subject to the shipping method you select. When you proceed to the checkout page and enter your delivery address, you will be able to view the available shipping options.

Q6: Can I Get the Exact Same Dress as in the Picture?

 Q7: Can I Return a Custom-made Dress?


Please be aware that if the Tailoring Time option is shown on the product page, it indicates a custom-made dress. Given the unique nature of these dresses, which cannot be conventionally cleaned, and out of concern for your well-being, our products are not resold. Consequently, we are unable to accept returns without justifiable cause.
However, if you receive the goods and notice that the size is incorrect, not in line with what you ordered, or there is a quality issue with the dress, simply provide us with photographic proof. We will promptly address the problem to guarantee your satisfaction. Our priority is to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience while safeguarding your interests.
